The ideal candidate will work with the learning support team and collaborate with faculty, to provide ongoing support to students with learning differences both in the middle and upper school. As a Learning Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting students with language-based learning challenges in grades 6-12. The Learning Specialist’s duties include:

• Working closely with faculty to deliver appropriate lesson plans that meet the academic needs and differing learning styles of the student.
• Maintaining ongoing communication with parents to update student progress.
• Working closely with the learning support team and administration through regular meetings.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Mastery in writing, basic math, and study skills is required.
